• Patient Enquiries New patients or families seeking information about home dialysis services are welcome to contact us directly. Existing patients should contact their allocated primary nurse for clinical matters.

If your concern is not resolved, please contact us using the details below.

• After Hours and Emergencies:
For urgent dialysis matters outside office hours, please contact your hospital dialysis unit.
For medical emergencies, call 000 immediately.

• Service Area:
We currently service the Greater Sydney metropolitan area, with staffing support available to regional NSW hospitals.
