Specialist Home Dialysis Services
We support patients to safely receive dialysis in the comfort of home through 100% Registered Nurse (RN) assisted care. Our services are delivered in strict accordance with established care plans, clinical governance frameworks, and National Safety and Quality Primary Community Healthcare Standards(NSQPCHS).
We work in close collaboration with treating nephrologists, Local Health District (LHD) home therapies units, and private health partners to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
Our Care Models Include:
Assisted Haemodialysis (AsHD): Full 1:1 clinical monitoring where the RN remains bedside for the entire duration.
Assisted Peritoneal Dialysis (AsPD): Flexible clinical supervision for both APD and CAPD therapies.
Nurse-Led Haemodialysis (Cannulation & Commencement): Specialist RN support for vascular access, cannulation, and treatment initiation.
Care is provided in collaboration with treating nephrologists and relevant health services.
